Order & Payment FAQ
If you pay by bank transfer, please do not forget to state your order number (reference code) in the reason for payment so that we can allocate your payment more quickly. According to EU law, SEPA transfers may not cost more than domestic transfers.

Yes, cash payment is possible:
a) Cash payment by registered mail to the address stated in the order confirmation.
b) Cash payment via Western Union: Select „Cash payment“ as the payment method and note „Western Union“ in the comments field. Recipient details will be sent by e-mail; you must then provide us with the MTCN code.
Yes, print out the order form, fill it in and send it together with the cash amount by registered post to the address given. Address and payment data are not computerised during this process; bookkeeping is carried out as a cash sale without customer names.
The credit card statement says „CS Handels GmbH“.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately after the order has been completed. If it does not arrive within ~5 minutes, check your spam folder. Missing confirmations are usually due to typing errors in the e-mail or a full inbox.
If we have not yet received payment, the unpaid order will be automatically deleted from the system (after 6 weeks anyway). If payment has already been made, cancellation by e-mail is possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Orders are only processed after prepayment in order to protect the discretion of customers (no Schufa/KSV enquiries, no debt collection accounts). Customers receive an automatic confirmation after receipt of payment.
The telephone is only activated by prior arrangement by e-mail - in the past it was too often misused for legally problematic grow counselling. Telephone appointments must be checked in advance for security reasons.
An order form is available for ordering by post. This is printed out, completed in full and sent by registered post together with the appropriate cash amount.
The dispatch address is indicated directly on the form.
The use of an e-mail address is optional; in the absence of an e-mail address, the entire process takes place by post.
A registered letter is recommended for sending the cash letter to us.
This shipping method enables traceable delivery and offers increased security.
If the sender is neutral, a return cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
The anonymous ordering process provides clear rules for dealing with possible ambiguities:
If a variety is not available, the corresponding amount will be returned in cash.
If an insufficient amount is sent, the order will be adjusted to the amount received.
If the delivery address is incorrect, the consignment will be returned; if no contact option is provided, the consignment will only be processed after a new message has been sent.
No electronic customer data is stored when an anonymous order is placed by post.
Neither name nor address or payment information are recorded digitally.
The booking is made as a cash sale without personal data.
The consignment is sent neutrally packaged and without any indication of content, cannabis or cannabis seeds.

Shipping & delivery FAQ
Worldwide in countries where the shipment of cannabis seeds is permitted. In German-speaking countries in particular Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The checkout country list shows the current shipping destinations.
By default via national post or the fastest parcel service (e.g. GLS, Hermes, DHL in D/A; national post in CH). In many EU countries, shipping is handled by Austrian Post/partner services.
Standard shipping
Neutral shipping envelope or inconspicuous parcel with no indication of contents or sender.
Stealth Shipping
Repackaged and discreetly labelled cannabis seeds for increased discretion; no inserts, tracking available.
Note: Opening the original packaging does not constitute a cancellation in accordance with § 4 GTC.
Super Stealth Shipping
Maximum discretion without tracking and without external identifiers that allow conclusions to be drawn about the sender.

In addition to the shipping methods, there is also the option to have the order insured, more information in the order / checkout.
An „with insurance“ option is available in selected countries (value-dependent surcharge). If an insured consignment is lost at the post office/customs, a one-off replacement delivery will be made at our expense. Cash payment instead of replacement delivery is excluded.
Yes - delivery to border parcel centres/depot providers is possible; we will help you if required.
Most discreet: Order by post (order form + cash payment by registered post), as no digital customer data is processed. For online orders, „stealth shipping“ can increase discreetness.
Dispatch takes place regularly on two fixed days per week (Wednesday and Friday). Public holidays can lead to short-term adjustments.
The standard delivery times after dispatch are usually
EU: 2-7 working days
International: 7-14 working days
Differences result from the national postal and parcel structures of the respective countries.
A follow-up enquiry is possible at the earliest 28 calendar days after the dispatch date. No additional information on the progress of the consignment is available before this period expires.
If a consignment has not been delivered, an enquiry will be initiated with the responsible services from the 28th calendar day after dispatch. No reliable additional information on the transit time is available between dispatch and this time.
The tracking number is sent automatically by e-mail. The status is indicated by the respective parcel/postal service website with the tracking code.
First check household/neighbours/household management and request proof of delivery from the parcel service. Then contact Support with the proof of delivery.
Yes - not directly on site, but at a GLS depot of your choice. When ordering, select the shipping option „with tracking code“ and the GLS depot + depot number as the delivery address. You will then receive the tracking code for collection.
Import, customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient; Canna-Seed ships worldwide, but without guarantee for official decisions.
The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date in accordance with the GTC, unless otherwise stated in individual cases.
After handover to the transport service, a dispatch confirmation with tracking code is sent. The shipment history can be viewed on the tracking page of the respective service.
The following points should be checked before initiating an enquiry:

An enquiry can only be requested once these checks have been completed.
Insurance & reshipment FAQ
The insurance only covers the loss of the consignment during transport by postal or parcel services. A replacement will be provided once in the form of a replacement delivery of the same value.
Payment of the value of the goods or the insurance fee is excluded. The insurance benefit is provided exclusively in the form of a one-off replacement delivery.
Consignments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details will incur additional costs, which will be borne by the recipient. A reshipment will only be made after payment of the new shipping costs.
In the case of cash payments by registered mail, it may not be possible to guarantee a return if the sender is neutral. The risk of sending cash is borne by the sender.

As a collector's item, hemp seeds should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place. The instructions are for preservation, not for use.

As hemp seeds are sold exclusively as collector's and souvenir items, complaints regarding germination rates, plant growth or similar biological characteristics cannot be processed.

As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to change the address by e-mail. Changes are no longer possible after dispatch.
Responsibility for compliance with national import regulations lies with the recipient. The legal requirements may vary depending on the country.
Official measures such as delays, inspections or confiscations are beyond the control of Canna-Seed.
Cancellation & withdrawal FAQ
Cancellation of the purchase contract is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return costs shall be borne by the recipient. Refunds will only be made for goods that are in unused, complete and resalable original condition. A reduction in value due to use or damage may lead to a deduction.
Cancellation is excluded if the original packaging has been opened or modified at the express request of the customer. This applies in particular to orders with stealth shipping, where packaging is removed or repackaged for camouflage purposes.
Stealth shipping involves opening or removing the original packaging, which means that the item can no longer be returned in as-new and resalable condition. For this reason, cancellation is excluded.
Returns are possible if the goods are returned unopened and in the undamaged original packaging. Returns are not possible for stealth and super stealth shipments as the original packaging has been opened for discreet repackaging. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. A refund will be made upon receipt of the return or upon presentation of proof of dispatch.
