1. general shipping principles
Shipping takes place worldwide to those countries in which the trade and shipping of cannabis seeds is permitted. The selection of available shipping countries is displayed in the order process. Deliveries are made exclusively for collector's and souvenir items.
Processing begins once payment has been received in full. Orders are picked, checked and packed according to the selected shipping options. An automated dispatch confirmation with tracking number is sent after handover to the transport service.
2. packaging and discretion
Depending on the country of dispatch, we offer different shipping options and these can be seen directly at the checkout.
2.1 Neutral outer packaging
Consignments are sent in inconspicuous, robust and padded shipping envelopes or cardboard packaging. There are no references to cannabis, hemp seeds or the shop on the outer packaging. A neutral name is used as the sender.
2.2 Shipping options at Canna Seeds
Standard shipping
With standard shipping, delivery takes place in a shipping envelope or in an inconspicuous parcel. The packaging is designed without any visible indication of the contents or the sender.
Stealth Shipping
Stealth shipping is available for increased discretion. Hemp seeds are removed from their original packaging and repackaged and labelled in a particularly inconspicuous manner to ensure that they can still be clearly identified. Delivery notes or other identifying documents are not enclosed. Tracking takes place.
Note: In the case of stealth shipping, the original packaging is opened or modified, which is why no cancellation is possible in accordance with § 4 GTC.
Super Stealth Shipping
Super Stealth Shipping adds a completely untraceable shipping method to regular stealth shipping. Neither tracking information is provided nor are externally recognisable features used that allow conclusions to be drawn about the sender.
3. shipping methods, shipping days and transit times
3.1 Shipping service provider
The dispatch is carried out by registered mail or with the available postal or parcel services, in particular:
- Austria: Austrian Post, GLS or possibly other parcel service providers
- Germany: DHL, Hermes, GLS or possibly other parcel service providers
- Switzerland: Swiss Post or possibly other parcel service providers
- EU and international: Austrian Post parcel services or regional partner services
3.2 Dispatch days
Dispatch takes place regularly on two fixed days per week (Wednesday / Friday) - subject to change at short notice. Public holidays can lead to postponements.
3.3 Standard running times
After despatch, the standard delivery times depend on the destination country and transport service:
- EU: approx. 2-7 working days
- International: approx. 7-14 working days
Notes:
- SEPA transfers take up to 5 working days.
- Cash payments by registered post can take up to 14 days to be received.
4. transport insurance and investigation
Insurance can be selected as an option during the ordering process, provided it is available in the respective country.
4.1 Scope of the insurance
The insurance only covers the loss of the consignment during transport by post or customs, we will then send a one-off replacement delivery at our expense.
4.2 Investigation
An enquiry can be made at the earliest 28 calendar days after dispatch date be initiated.
Before initiating an enquiry, the consignment history must be checked independently using the tracking code transmitted. This includes, in particular, checking delivery attempts, collection notes or deposits in parcel shops. No additional information on the consignment history is available before 28 calendar days have elapsed.
4.3 Scope of services
In the event of confirmed loss a one-off replacement delivery of the same type and value.
One Cash redemption of the second delivery (insurance benefit) is not possible. In addition, the insurance fee will not be refunded.
5. shipping costs and reshipment
The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and are based on:
- Shipping country
- Shipping method
- Order value
- optional transport insurance
In the event of incorrect address details or unaccepted consignments, the recipient shall bear the resulting additional costs. A new dispatch will only be made after payment of the new shipping costs.
6. payment methods
In accordance with § 7 of the General Terms and Conditions, dispatch will only take place after full payment in advance. Accepted are:
6.1 Bank transfer (SEPA)
The classic prepayment by bank transfer to the specified account.
The order number must be stated in the reason for payment.
6.2 Credit card
Major credit cards are accepted. Only the company name „C.S. Handels GmbH“ appears on the invoice.
6.3 Cash payment by registered mail
It is possible to send the invoice amount in cash by registered mail.
The risk of sending cash lies with the sender.
6.4 Western Union
Payment by Western Union is possible. The required recipient data will be communicated after receipt of the order. The MTCN code must be transmitted after the transaction.
6.5 Cryptocurrencies
Selected cryptocurrencies can be accepted. Available currencies and the processing procedure are shown during the order process.
7. border clearance, import and authorities
Customs duties, import taxes or country-specific import regulations are beyond the control of Canna-Seed.
If consignments are checked, delayed, withheld or confiscated by the authorities, there is no entitlement to a replacement delivery or refund
8. returns / returns
Returns are possible provided the goods are in unopened and undamaged original packaging. In the case of stealth and super stealth shipping, returns are excluded as the original packaging has been opened or modified for the discreet outer packaging.
The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded after receipt of the returned goods or after presentation of a corresponding proof of dispatch. Returns must be reported to customer service in advance so that a clear allocation is guaranteed.
